We’re looking for a Performance Graphic Designer who can turn a strong idea into an ad that gets noticed—and gives people a clear reason to act. Your focus will be static ads and AI-generated creatives for Meta & Google ADS, primarily reaching German-speaking traders.

The roleYou’ll work closely with our marketing team, which manages our ad campaigns, to develop concepts, produce creative variations, and turn campaign learnings into better ads.This is a hands-on design role for someone who combines strong visual craft with an understanding of performance marketing. You should be comfortable creating original concepts, using AI as part of your production process, and explaining the decisions behind your work.

What you’ll doDesign static Meta ads for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and ongoing acquisition.Develop hooks, visual concepts, and variations that resonate with German-speaking traders.Create AI-generated imagery and combine it with polished layouts, typography, and brand elements.Adapt concepts across feed, Stories, and other Meta placements.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand results and improve the next round of creatives.Write and refine short German ad headlines and supporting copy.Keep PineX’s visual identity consistent while exploring new creative directions.Deliver organized files and assets ready to launch.

What you’ll bringA strong portfolio of static ads and performance-focused graphic design.Relevant experience in prop trading, fintech, crypto, trading, or a closely related space.Strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy, especially on mobile.Practical experience using AI image-generation tools to produce finished commercial work.An understanding of Meta ad creative and how to develop meaningful variations for testing.Strong German and English skills, with the ability to produce natural, accurate German ad copy and collaborate in English.Proficiency in professional design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent software.The ability to manage your workload, respond to feedback, and deliver consistently in a remote team.
