As Medior Visual Designer, you’ll shape visual identities, systems, and assets that look great and work well for the B2B mid-market: practical, scalable, and purposeful. You’ll work across a mix of topics: brand, web, decks, campaigns, and anything that benefits from strong visual thinking. You enjoy switching between different types of work and bringing a fresh perspective each time.
You like collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, spotting where design can elevate an idea, and turning complex topics into simple, well-crafted visuals. Ultimately, your mission is to create design that inspires people and helps teams move forward.
Key responsibilities
Visual design. Turn ideas into clear visuals, whether it’s a presentation, a marketing campaign, or anything digitalCreativity. Explore trends, new design movements, and bring fresh inspiration into your work and the teamInnovation. Experiment with new tools, such as AI, to improve how you and the team work, while increasing efficiency and scalable outputFull-funnel performance thinking. You think beyond individual assets and design with the full journey in mind, creating work that supports awareness, consideration, and conversion. You collaborate on content, and asset creation, while maintaining brand consistencyLearn and improve. Use data and insights to measure, learn, and continuously improve the impact of your designsCollaboration. Work closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team (brand, growth, marketing, sales, Go-to-Market), and adapt quickly when projects shift by bringing structure & creativity to a fast-moving environment
Your profile
You combine creativity with structure and aesthetics with purpose. You create work that is thoughtful, simple, and commercially grounded.
4+ years experience as a visual, graphic, or digital designerA portfolio that demonstrates visual creativity, strong craft, and clear design thinkingHigh proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and IllustratorExperience with illustrations, motion design, 3D, or UX/UI design is a big plusThe ability to work from concept to deliveryEase in switching between topics, design tasks, and clients, while maintaining a high standard of qualityAdaptability to new workflows, tools, and AI-assisted ways of workingThe ability, and confidence to explain your decisions clearlyA collaborative mindset and comfort working in multidisciplinary teamsNative or fluent in Dutch; excellent command of English.Based in (or close to) Amsterdam and willing to work on-site at least 4 days a week from our Amsterdam office.Eligible to work in the Netherlands. We're unable to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support.
