Relevant ExperienceExperience working with residential roof and floor truss systems in European markets.Knowledge of truss fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing considerations.Understanding of customer preferences and purchasing decisions among residential builders, contractors, and developers.Familiarity with market trends, competitive dynamics, and challenges affecting the European truss industry.Experience supporting or supplying residential construction projects in Germany, France, or Poland.

QualificationsCurrent or recent employment with a European truss fabricator, manufacturer, or supplier serving residential construction markets.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in roof and/or floor framing trusses, prefabricated timber structures, or residential construction solutions.Strong understanding of the residential construction ecosystem in Germany, France, and/or Poland.Ability to provide insights on fabrication operations, customer requirements, and market dynamics.Must be residing anywhere in Europe, Germany, France, Poland
