We’re on a mission to end AI slop, join us!Watch our announcement video hereCheck out our website Who you are: If you are deeply experienced, opinionated and have high taste in creating state of the art brand kits, pitch decks and presentations, keep reading: We are seeking experienced Brand Designers professionally trained in Graphic Design or similar who has deep experience with creating world class brand kits and slide decks across varying industries such as start ups, consulting, banking, financial services, advertising agencies, creative agencies, enterprises and more. You'll have a mastery across various forms of presentation design styles - figma, google slides, ppt, or similar. You consider yourself an analytical story teller - twofold - via your creative output and in your briefs, creative direction and instruction. We’re looking for: 5+ years of professional brand design Ahead of the trend aeshetic and design style - you know what's classic, trending, and state of the art. Experienced giving structured design feedback and critiques (e.g. creative direction, design reviews).Experience structuring design briefs, brand guidelines, and brand kits Strategic thinking around communication, visual storytelling and making content digestible What You'll Do: Crafting world class slides from scratchReviewing existing slides, critiquing them and figuring out how to improve themCrafting creative briefs to generate new presentations/documents to with AI models, and critiquing them across various iterations of design. Our ProcessApply to the opportunity (<10min)Complete a design critique assessment (<45min): this is built to gauge your critical design thinking and ability to have clear opinions and a high bar. It's a paid $200 flat fee.A successful assessment results in an offer to join an active project, and to kick off your onboarding process (MFA, SOW, Background check) as well as your project onboarding.You become an official member of the community! You’ll gain access to events, other creative technologists and other perks! You’ll also become eligible for other paid projects!All projects with TasteMakers are Remote, Work from Anywhere, and paid hourly via Independent Contractor.
