The Role As our Founding Product Designer, you will be the sole guardian of our visual and functional experience. This is a "zero-to-one" opportunity to build our design system, brand identity, and product foundation from the ground up. You’ll sit at the intersection of product and engineering, ensuring that as we scale, our software remains polished, trustworthy, and delightful for enterprise users.

What You’ll Do:

Establish the Foundation: Own and evolve our entire design system, setting the standard for every designer who joins after you.
Brand Identity: Build and maintain our visual language, tone, and voice across the product and marketing assets.
End-to-End Design: Create intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces in Figma that engineering can implement with speed and precision.
Enable Growth: Design high-impact marketing materials and visual assets that help our sales team close major enterprise deals.
User Advocacy: Conduct research and usability testing to validate your designs against real customer needs.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap and avoid technical/design debt by building the right foundations early.
