Product / Web Designer, Partnerships at Xsolla

The role

This junior-level role involves designing conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for Xsolla's APAC partnerships team. Working alongside a backend engineer, you will transform partnership inquiries into live co-branded web shops and landing pages. The position is based in Vladivostok and focuses on delivering high-quality visual systems for the gaming industry.

What you'll do

• Design co-branded web shops and campaign landing pages for traffic partners
• Create responsive mobile-first layouts optimized for the purchase funnel
• Adapt Xsolla and partner brand guidelines into coherent visual systems
• Localize designs for APAC markets considering regional conventions and payment contexts
• Build and maintain a reusable component library for faster campaign launches
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design implementation matches technical specifications

What you'll bring

• One to four years of experience or a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma including components and auto-layout features
• Solid grounding in layout typography and mobile-first design principles
• Professional proficiency in both English and Russian languages
• Ability to work onsite in Vladivostok

You will directly contribute to the growth of Xsolla's APAC presence by creating high-converting commerce surfaces that reach real players. By building a reusable component library, you will increase the efficiency of the partnership onboarding process.
