The role

This six-month internship focuses on creating multimedia content for internal communication at the Karlsruhe headquarters. You will support the press team and site communications by developing videos, texts, and digital formats for various internal platforms.

What you'll do

• Design videos and visual content from initial idea to final production
• Create engaging content for the intranet and digital employee magazine
• Support the planning and execution of internal events and townhalls
• Assist the press team with research and background information preparation
• Develop new communication formats and experiment with AI content tools
• Manage communication across Microsoft Teams in both German and English

What you'll bring

• Advanced degree in Communication Media Sciences or a related field
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe
• Previous experience in journalism or video production is preferred
• Strong creative skills with a structured and independent working style
• Fluent in German and highly proficient in English
