UI- / UX- Designer (m/w/d) at synava

The role

As a UX Designer at medavis, you will shape the user experience of a growing medical product portfolio, starting with the Radiology Information System. You will collaborate with product management and development to build a cross-product design system for the radiance365 platform.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve a cross-product design system including component libraries and design tokens
• Define design principles and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Plan and conduct user research through interviews and clinical workflow observations
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate solution concepts with users early in the process
• Collaborate closely with agile teams from discovery through to design handoff
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and medical device usability regulations

What you'll bring

• Degree in Interaction Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Several years of experience in UX design with a focus on design systems
• Proficiency in modern design tools and user research methodologies
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies and component-based frameworks
• Strong English communication skills and ideally healthcare sector experience
