The role

This role involves defining strategies for Performance and E-mail Marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact between departments to maintain consistency across digital communications.

What you'll do

• Define the strategy for Performance and E-mail Marketing campaigns
• Prepare briefs and provide ongoing follow-up with partner agencies
• Maintain daily alignment with partners for high quality deliverables
• Analyse metrics and performance reports to identify improvement areas
• Support internal teams in making data driven optimization decisions
• Act as a key point of contact between different departments

What you'll bring

• Experience in Digital Marketing and campaign strategy management
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs
• Familiarity with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics
• Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills
