Job Description

  • Responsible for the creative development and enhancement of linear systems and actuators, precisely tailored to current market demands. 
  • Responsibilities will include the comprehensive implementation of product designs and constructions for linear systems, including the associated calculations and the creation of a digital twin of the product structure for our configurator. 
  • Responsible for planning and managing research and development projects in collaboration with international teams and internal and external partners. 
  • Actively contribute to developing solutions by defining and conducting release tests to ensure product quality. 
  • Finalize projects by creating documentation and instructions that enable the smooth operation of the linear systems.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a comparable qualification. 
  • Good CAD skills (preferably Creo), SAP skills, and good knowledge of MS Office products. 
  • Initial experience in project management and the product development process (PEP), as well as knowledge of development methodologies (DRBFM, FMEA, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, a high degree of initiative, creativity and analytical thinking, goal-oriented and methodical work style.
  • Advanced English level, German is an advantage.
