Job Summary

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with Business Analysis capabilities to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role is primarily focused on UX/UI design, while also bridging business needs and user expectations through structured analysis.

The ideal candidate excels at understanding user behavior, translating business requirements into design solutions, and delivering visually engaging, functional interfaces.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

UX/UI Design (Primary Focus)

  • Design user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Define and improve user journeys, flows, and interaction models.
  • Ensure consistency across UI components and design systems.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Business Analysis (Supporting Role)

  • Gather and clarify business and user requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specs.
  • Align design solutions with business goals and product strategy.
  • Facilitate discussions between business, technical teams, and users.
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Advocate for user experience best practices across the team.
  • Continuously improve design processes, tools, and standards.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design (with some BA exposure).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design process and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to use data/analytics to inform design decisions.
