The role

This hands-on production role involves building and managing the engine for an in-house creative studio in Berlin. You will coordinate creative projects from concept to delivery while innovating processes for a global brand marketing team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate creative projects from brief through final delivery across multiple markets
• Manage end-to-end production including location scouting, casting, and on-site shoot management
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, logistics, and budgets for concurrent workflows
• Monitor team capacity and workload to identify and resolve potential blockers
• Build and refine cross-market creative processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Partner with external freelancers and agencies as the primary studio contact

What you'll bring

• Three to five years of experience in creative production or project management
• Proven background in planning and facilitating professional photo or video shoots
• Strong logistical thinking skills with a focus on sequencing and dependencies
• Ability to confidently coordinate between creative teams and marketing stakeholders
• Experience building new processes within ambiguous or evolving environments
