Project Manager- Luxury Automotive (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) at RAPP

Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our luxury automotive account, responsible for managing a high volume of creative briefs from strategic conception through to final build. This role demands a confident, commercially focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can ensure flawless execution across multiple channels.

• Serve as the central point of contact across departments including Client Partnership, Copy, Design, Tech and Build.
• Work with partner (media) agencies for SEO
• This is a project management role triaging all briefs and managing capacity across on and offshore teams.  
• Actively manage project scope, timelines identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Be client-facing, confident and competent in leading status calls, project scoping and kick-off discussions with client leadership
• Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
• You will be working with some of the smartest minds in the industry, at an award-winning agency on a forward-thinking client. 
• No days will be the same – you will be constantly challenged to understand new technologies and find ways to harness them for the client. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Work with a prestigious luxury automotive brandat an award-winning agency, contributing to high-profile, multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, gaining visibility and influence across product launches; copy, design, and production — ensuring a tangible impact on the client’s marketing success.
• Develop strong commercial and leadership skills, managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations while driving operational excellence and profitability.
• Be at the forefront of emerging technologies and creative solutions, continuously challenged to find innovative ways to enhance campaign performance and client engagement.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Manage a range of projects — large and small, online — from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels, effectively managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Triage all incoming briefs and manage capacity across on and offshore teams
• Writing/creating briefs for the relevant teams across on and offshore teams
• Demonstrate an innovative, solution-focused approach to challenges, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
• Utilise established project management methodologies and platforms to support efficient and consistent delivery.
• Hold a solid understanding of website terminology and digital project requirements.
• Work confidently with ticketing and workflow systems, such as Jira.

• Experience working with remote/offshore hubs would be beneficial although not a requirement
• A good technical understanding of website CMS would be advantageous.
