This role is the glue that holds our creative ecosystem together. You’ll oversee the entire workflow — from project intake and resourcing to delivery — ensuring every campaign, visual, and asset is completed on time, on budget, and on brand.

What You Will Do

i) Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage creative project intake, ensuring requests are clearly briefed, prioritized, and aligned with business needs

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) and familiarity with creative tools/workflows

  • Bonus: Experience managing video production or digital campaigns
