Lead UI Designer at Native Design

The role

Native is seeking a Lead UI Designer to define the visual and interactive identity of diverse products ranging from medical devices to vehicle cabins. You will lead a small design team and collaborate closely with industrial designers and engineers to ship high-quality interfaces for global brands.

What you'll do

• Set the visual and interactive direction for digital interfaces on physical products
• Lead and mentor a small team of designers through clear feedback and development support
• Manage client relationships and present design work directly to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including industrial designers and anthropologists
• Contribute to new business efforts through proposals and pitch participation
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from initial sketches to final shipping
