Lead Product Designer at US Mobile

The role

US Mobile is seeking a seasoned design leader for a Lead Individual Contributor role to set the strategic direction for their design practice. This position focuses on influencing through vision and mentorship rather than traditional people management to elevate design across the company.

• Lead design vision and execution across all user-facing surfaces and rebrands
• Own the end-to-end experience and vision for a new desktop web app
• Define rituals and review processes to increase design team velocity
