Product Visual Design Lead — Immediate Need at Sia

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity on our creative team supporting one of the world’s leading technology innovators. The first project focuses on product-facing, data-heavy design work that calls for exceptional visual craft, clarity, and precision. It’s a chance to get established on the account and contribute to a broader range of digital design projects as needs evolve. 

Scope 
Lead the visual design work in Figma: determine how complex product information should be organized and presented, make the design decisions, resolve challenges as they arise, and deliver polished final work. You’ll set the pace and drive the project forward independently, with minimal oversight or rounds of review. 

Impact 
Make detailed product information clear and easy to use without sacrificing visual quality. Your decisions about hierarchy, typography, layout, and consistency will directly shape the finished experience. 

What success looks like 
You take ownership of an assignment, identify what needs to happen next, and deliver accurate, high-quality work without relying on frequent direction or review. Your portfolio demonstrates strong visual craft in digital products or interfaces, ideally including tables, dashboards, comparison views, or other information-rich work. 

Qualifications

• Advanced Figma skills and strong visual design craft. 

• Proven success leading digital product or interface design work from initial direction through final delivery. 

• Experience working independently, setting direction for your own work, and driving projects forward with minimal oversight. 

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when designing complex, information-rich layouts. 

• A portfolio that demonstrates your hands-on design work, ideally including tables, dashboards, comparison views, or similar product experiences.

Compensation  

• Base Salary: $125,000-135,00. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.

Workplace 
Sia values in-person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.
