Polymarket is seeking a Creative Ops Lead to manage the end-to-end creative pipeline for a high-velocity design team. This role focuses on building systems that enable rapid production across paid social, brand, and partnerships while maintaining high quality. You will bridge the gap between performance data and creative execution to scale winning concepts quickly.
You will transform the creative department into a highly efficient machine that can react to news cycles in real-time. By streamlining workflows and closing the loop between data and design, you will significantly increase creative throughput and improve the performance of marketing campaigns. Your leadership will ensure the brand remains a dominant and reliable source of truth in global media.
