Lead Designer at Foundation

Role Overview

Foundation is seeking its first Lead Designer to modernize the homebuilding industry and transform the residential real estate experience. Working directly with founders and engineers, you will lead design efforts for a platform often described as Shopify for Homebuilders.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate and accelerate core consumer and homebuilder product experiences
• Deliver AI-native workflow products to improve back-office productivity
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to communicate brand value to builders
• Research and launch new AI-native home shopping and sales experiences
• Design a collaboration platform for buyers builders lenders and title companies
• Shape the overall product roadmap and long-term company vision

Requirements Snapshot

• Seven to ten plus years of design experience at high-growth technology companies
• Full-stack design expertise spanning research through product launch and improvement
• Strong collaborative skills for working with customers engineers and product managers
• Passion for exploring new markets and deeply understanding customer needs
• Ability to handle everything from product strategy to high-fidelity pixels
