The role

Connecteam is seeking a Brand and Marketing Design Team Lead to head their internal design studio and manage a multidisciplinary creative team. You will be responsible for shaping the visual identity and voice of a leading SaaS brand across all global marketing channels.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and animators.
• Set the creative bar by providing direct visual guidance and feedback.
• Manage brand consistency across all digital and physical marketing surfaces.
• Build production systems for briefing, review cycles, and asset management.
• Implement generative AI tools to optimize and accelerate design workflows.
• Translate business objectives into creative designs that drive impact.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 5 years leading creative design teams in SaaS or tech.
• Demonstrated ability to be a hands-on leader in visual direction.
• Proven track record of mentoring designers and building efficient workflows.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate business insights into creative ideas.
• Experience collaborating with product marketing, growth, and HR departments.
