This role leads the creative content strategy for HackerRank Films, an in-house studio focused on storytelling around AI and the future of technical hiring. You will manage a small team of writers to produce high-quality narratives across long-form essays, social media, and video scripts.
You will define the narrative for how AI shapes the economy and HackerRank's position within that landscape. By maintaining a high bar for craft and voice, you will ensure technical ideas resonate with both engineers and executives across multiple communication channels.
