Join DKB Code Factory as a Junior Product Designer where you will own small features, tighten your Figma and FigJam craft, and grow through structured mentorship and real product impact. The mission of this role is to design clear, user-centered UI solutions for DKB Code Factory’s business-customer products, turning user insights into practical, accessible Figma deliverables that move features from discovery to production. This is an early-career role focused on hands-on learning!

  • Own design tasks for small features from discovery through handoff: flows, screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.  
  • Deliver a structured Figma working file (including FigJam sketches, problem statements, hypotheses, components, and annotations) that demonstrates your process and reasoning.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business analysts, and front-end developers to align on scope, feasibility, and handoff quality.
  • Participate in and contribute to user research (interviews, usability checks) and translate findings into design decisions.
  • Apply core UX/UI principles and accessibility basics to produce usable, consistent interfaces. - Iterate on designs based on feedback and basic product metrics; propose small prototypes or experiments where appropriate.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and document decisions for the team.
