Qualifications

  •  Master’s degree in Marketing or Creative
  •  15+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand marketing, or integrated campaigns (incl. Prod)
  •  Proven experience in leading global creative work & brand expression @ scale
  •  Experience in management of teams
  •  Experience in a creative agency or production environment is a strong plus
  •  Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to translate strategy into compelling creative vision & territories up to executions
  • Excellent stakeholder mgt, influencing skills & comm skills in complex, matrix organizations
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Ability to challenge and elevate agency output and creative standards
  • Curiosity and openness to innovation, new formats, and emerging technologies (e.g. AI)
  • Fluent in English & French
