Job Description

Working within the Global Design, Technical Services & Innovation team, the Chief of Staff Intern will play a key role in developing the department's strategy. He/she will also be responsible for reporting on hotel openings around the world and helping to improve the department's performance monitoring.

To fulfill this role, you will be required to:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our teams through reporting on Accor hotel openings worldwide,
  • Help automate and optimize existing reporting tools,
  • Support the Chief of Staff in her day-to-day coordination and strategic planning activities (preparation of Comex support, HR project follow-up, budget monitoring, leading meetings with worldwide teams);
  • Helping to develop the department's strategy.

Qualifications

Profile required

As a student at a top business school or university (Bac+5 level), with training in management, strategy or hospitality, you are looking for a gap-year or end-of-study internship and are motivated by the discovery of a cross-disciplinary profession. Curious and proactive, your career path has enabled you to acquire rigor and analytical skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills. A first experience in consulting, audit, startup or large group, as well as a keen interest in the hotel sector is a plus.
