The role

This Director of UX Research role leads the Security and Risk Workflows research team within a large global Experience Team. As the senior research leader in India, you will drive product strategy through user insights while mentoring a growing community of researchers.

What you'll do

• Own the research roadmap to focus on high-impact initiatives for the business
• Build strong relationships with product and engineering leaders to drive evidence-based decisions
• Formulate strategic perspectives on future product states grounded in user data
• Establish research quality standards and methodologies to ensure reliable discovery and measurement
• Execute a local customer engagement strategy in India to accelerate insight generation
• Hire and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of psychological safety

What you'll bring

• Over twelve years of experience in UX research or related product fields
• Six or more years of experience leading and mentoring technical or strategic teams
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership through compelling evidence-based narratives
• Proficiency in using advanced AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance research outcomes
• Experience managing distributed global teams within large enterprise software environments
