About the roleAre you an experienced Control Systems Engineer who enjoys working on complex, high-tech mechatronic systems? At Trinamics, we are looking for a Control Systems Designer to work on challenging engineering projects where precision, dynamics and performance are key.You will contribute to the development of advanced control and motion solutions for applications in the semiconductor industry, autonomous robotics, high-precision positioning systems and laser-based communication modules.You will work at the intersection of control engineering, dynamics, simulation and motion planning. Together with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will turn complex technical concepts into robust, scalable and reproducible solutions.

What you will doDesign and optimize advanced control algorithms for high-precision mechatronic systems.Develop and validate dynamic and simulation models to predict and improve system behavior.Develop path-planning and motion-control strategies for complex trajectories and highly dynamic systems.Analyze system performance and translate simulation and test results into concrete improvements.Work closely with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to develop integrated system solutions.Contribute to the technical direction of projects and help translate complex control challenges into practical engineering solutions.

What you bringA Master’s or PhD degree in Control Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Strong experience in advanced control algorithms, dynamic modelling and simulation.Demonstrable experience with path planning, motion control and system optimization.Experience in high-tech environments such as semiconductors, robotics, precision positioning or laser-based communication is a strong advantage.A structured and analytical approach to complex engineering challenges.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with specialists from different disciplines.A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in solving technically challenging problems.
