Position Summary:

In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to create designs that communicate clearly and creatively - from social media content and event branding to presentations and global campaigns. Accountabilities:

  • Design engaging visuals for brochures, posters, banners, infographics, social media, presentations, and reports across print and digital formats.
  • Create branded event materials including booth designs, apparel, giveaways, and signage for global and regional campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and formats, ensuring adherence to Syngenta's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, contributing to creative brainstorming and providing design support for motion graphics and video content.
  • Mentor junior designers, conduct peer reviews, and follow defined processes and service level agreements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or graduation from a recognized Design school.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva.
