  1. METRO GSC is looking for a motivated and energetic Creative Individual (Graphics Designing) who wants to put their skills to create high quality multimedia deliverables.
  2. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. You must have a genuine passion for creative design.
  3. Will be responsible for creating/following production/design guidelines and standard and ensure those being followed diligently.
  4. Will be responsible for visualizing & designing screens based on approved look & feel and design guidelines standards.
  5. Will be responsible for reviewing creative output from a visual perspective and will also be responsible for ensuring products meeting visuals QA standards. Should have a keen eye for detail.
  6. Preparing mockups and presenting them to customers before deciding on a final design/concept. Should be able to turn mock-ups into reality.
  7. Creates and updates internal processes and templates to minimize future content development time.
  8. Collaborating with team members to develop the different output types.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Must have at least 3+ years hands-on experience in creating promotional content (flyers, brochures etc) /e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain
  3. Print media experience is a big positive
  4. Should be comfortable in working on content in non-English language like European languages
  5. Must be in touch with Adobe Creative Cloud for at least 2 years on a daily basis.
  6. Intermediate knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other graphic tools
  7. Hands-on experience in motion graphics via Adobe Animate and should also be able to work on Adobe After Effect and Premiere Pro
  8. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  9. Must be creative and eager to learn about new developments in the field.
  10. Good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and the client.
  11. Mindful of client’s needs and the time associated with what is being delivered.

Additional Information

  1. Must have good visualization and conceptualization skills. S/he needs to have good English communication skills to be able to discuss designs with the customers.
  2. Must have extensive experience in Print-media design.
  3. Having experience in package design and label design will be considered as a big plus point.
  4. Should be capable of managing a small team of designers and to taking complete ownership of the deliverable from inception to completion.
  5. Should have experience in creating designs for print and digital media.
  6. Strong knowledge about user behaviors, especially for communication design.
  7. Must have knowledge about the latest graphics designing trends in the market and should be able to suggest creative upgrades accordingly.
  8. Experience in motion graphics development and video production will be an added advantage.
  9. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  10. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  11. Being a keen learner to try new tools/ideas to help increase efficiency of the design process.
  12. Ability to multi-task i.e. work on multiple outputs at the same time and should have the ability to work under time constraints.
  13. Flexibility to working in shifts for 1-2 weeks in a month for critical deliverables.
