The coordinator ensures UGC production flows smoothly from sourcing to editing, managing operations end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Source, shortlist, and book UGC creators aligned with brand requirements.
• Confirm creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms.
• Handle creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
• Translate approved briefs into clear creator instructions.
• Own UGC production timelines across multiple accounts.
• Run checklist-based quality assurance on incoming content.
