UGC Creative Coordinator (Launch With Us) at Soar With Us

The role

This role is for a detail-driven UGC Creative Coordinator to own the execution and delivery of UGC content across client accounts. You will manage creator operations end-to-end, including sourcing, pricing, logistics, and timeline management. The goal is to ensure UGC flows smoothly from sourcing to editing without requiring strategist intervention.

What you'll do

• Source, shortlist, and book UGC creators aligned with each brand’s requirements.
• Confirm creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms using our standard model.
• Handle creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
• Receive approved briefs from the strategy team and translate them into clear creator instructions.
• Own UGC production timelines across accounts.
• Run checklist-based QA on incoming content for format, clarity, and brief alignment.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrate strong organization and follow-through to keep projects on track.
• Possess clear and confident written communication skills for various interactions.
• Be comfortable managing multiple creators, accounts, and timelines simultaneously.
• Have confidence in professionally enforcing standard terms, deadlines, and expectations.
• Experience in UGC, influencer, or creator coordination is preferred, but strong organization and quick learning are acceptable.

Strategists will not need to manage creators or logistics, as all pricing, timelines, and usage terms will be clear and documented.
