The role

This role is for a detail-driven UGC Creative Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of UGC content across client accounts. You will oversee creator sourcing, pricing, logistics, and timeline management. The goal is to ensure a smooth flow of UGC from sourcing to editing, minimizing administrative burden on strategists.

What you'll do

• Source, shortlist, and book UGC creators for client accounts.
• Confirm creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms.
• Manage creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
• Translate approved briefs into clear creator instructions.
• Own and manage UGC production timelines across all accounts.
• Perform quality control on incoming content and coordinate revisions.

What you'll bring

• Be comfortable managing multiple creators, accounts, and timelines simultaneously.
• Have confidence in enforcing standard terms, deadlines, and expectations.
• Experience in UGC or creator coordination is preferred but not essential.
