The role

This role is for a detail-driven UGC Creative Coordinator responsible for the end-to-end execution and delivery of user-generated content across client accounts. You will manage creator sourcing, pricing, logistics, and timeline management. The goal is to ensure a smooth UGC workflow from sourcing to editing, freeing strategists from administrative tasks.

What you'll do

• Source, shortlist, and book UGC creators aligned with brand requirements.
• Confirm creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms.
• Handle creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
• Translate approved briefs into clear creator instructions.
• Own UGC production timelines across multiple accounts.
• Perform checklist-based quality assurance on incoming content.
