Role Overview

PENN is seeking a Fashion Designer to contribute to the brand's creative evolution by interpreting trends into commercial collections. You will collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to manage the entire design process from initial concept to final fitting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal assortments that align with the brand vision and business goals
• Translate fashion trends and cultural influences into specific silhouettes and palettes
• Create detailed sketches and design files to communicate creative concepts
• Provide creative direction during fittings regarding construction and finishing
• Partner with merchandising teams to balance creativity with commercial needs
• Use customer feedback and competitor analysis to improve future collections

Requirements Snapshot

• Degree in fashion design or a related field
• Three to five years of professional experience in fashion design
• Strong mastery of garment construction and proportions
• Experience creating technical design files and presentations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
