Role Overview

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Technical Solution Designer to design and implement technical configurations for SaaS applications supporting Clinical Trial Management and Supply. Based in Hellerup, Denmark, you will act as a technical expert for CTMS, eTMF, and IRT systems within a product-driven Global IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical configurations for CTM and CTS SaaS solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
• Implement configurations directly or manage vendor delivery.
• Oversee system support and act as an escalation point for tickets.
• Ensure solutions and documentation packages are GxP compliant and sustainable.
• Improve technical capabilities through automation and seamless data flows.

Requirements Snapshot

• Hold a relevant academic degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Possess at least three years of experience with eTMF and CTMS.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Clinical Trial Management and Supply systems.
• Have experience working directly with SaaS vendors.
• Exhibit strong collaboration skills in complex and ambiguous settings.
