Job Description

As an Embedded Software Designer, you develop and test software for high-tech products and machines.

In this role, you support our customers in the semiconductor, analytical instrumentation, and medical equipment industries, within the triangle of Nijmegen, Enschede, and Zwolle, by delivering smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays an essential role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.You have 7+ years of experience in technical software development, gained through various roles and across diverse product environments and/or projects within technical domains such as Semicon, Medical, or Analytical.You have experience with C, C++, Rust, Linux, and embedded environments.You have knowledge of and/or experience with various development methodologies and techniques such as Design Patterns, UML, and Agile, and you keep your professional knowledge up to date. You are looking for an environment where you can apply these developments in practice as well.Based on your experience, you are able to coach junior colleagues and are responsible for the overall quality of the product.You are a team player and keep the shared goal in mind.Knowledge of Electronics is considered a plusYou have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and writtenYou hold a valid European driver’s license and are willing to travel
