As Marketing Designer, you operate at the intersection of brand building, campaign development, and visual communication. You will become part of the Marketing Studio Team, where ideas are transformed into campaigns that help riders understand, experience, and connect with the REV’IT! brand.

This role goes beyond creating individual assets. You will help define how campaigns are structured, how stories are translated into visual systems, and how communication remains consistent across every touchpoint. From product launches and innovation storytelling to e-commerce campaigns and brand initiatives, your work will influence how riders experience REV’IT! around the world.

You will work closely with the Creative Lead and fellow creatives to further develop our visual identity, strengthen campaign effectiveness, and create scalable design systems that bring clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure. Someone who can move seamlessly between concept development, campaign thinking, and a wide range of hands-on design projects. You combine strong graphic design fundamentals with campaign thinking. You understand how visual communication functions within marketing and can translate concepts into scalable systems that work across multiple channels and stages of the customer journey.

Your job will include:

Taking ownership of the visual development of product, brand and e-commerce campaigns from concept translation through campaign rolloutDesigning scalable campaign systems that ensure consistency across channels, touchpoints and deliverablesTaking ownership of the visual development of key campaign assets and helping shape how campaigns are translated across channels and touchpoints.Developing distinctive campaign identities that strengthen and complement the overall REV'IT! brand identity.Translating product innovations, technical functionality, and brand storytelling into clear and compelling visual communication.Contributing to the ongoing development of graphic systems, templates, and visual frameworks that improve consistency and scalability.Defining and refining principles for typography, layouts, infographics, iconography, and other visual building blocks.Collaborating closely with the Creative Lead on concept development, campaign direction, and visual storytellingOverseeing the rollout of campaign assets across channels and touchpoints, while supporting the Production Designer in maintaining consistency, quality and alignment throughout execution.Designing campaign assets, presentations, innovation storytelling, and communication tools while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.Bringing a strong design perspective to campaign planning and helping shape how communication is translated across the customer journey.

This is a Full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Creative Lead.

We expect:A minimum of 5 years of experience within a design or branding team.Proven experience translating concepts within an established brand identity.Strong expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and image curation.Experience in cross-media design execution.A structured, independent, and accurate working approach.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.Experience with Figma or similar tools is considered an advantage.Affinity with sport, fashion, and culture.
