Digital Graphic Designer (Paid Social / Meta & TikTok) at Soar With Us

The role

This role is for a Digital Graphic Designer specializing in Meta and TikTok ads, with a strong focus on performance-first creative. The designer will create, iterate, and scale high-converting paid social creatives for fast-growing D2C brands. This position is centered on designing ads to sell, rather than traditional brand design.

What you'll do

• Design, edit, and iterate paid social ad creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Develop multiple creative angles per concept to support high-volume testing.
• Transform briefs and raw footage into conversion-focused ads rapidly.
• Edit and adapt UGC content into native, high-performing paid social ads.
• Apply performance insights to improve creative output and combat ad fatigue.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and media buyers to align creative with performance.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years experience designing paid social or performance-focused ad creatives.
• Hands-on experience with Meta and/or TikTok ads for D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing.
• Experience working with UGC-style content (pacing, subtitles, overlays, CTAs).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
