About Creative Strategist: 
Are you the person who always spots the next trend before it’s everywhere? Do you think in campaign concepts, moodboards, and enjoy making the idea come to life? Cure Media is looking for a Creative Strategist to help shape influencer marketing campaigns that drive cultural relevance and brand results.

Your mission is to ensure that our clients’ creative influencer activations are well executed and creatively sharp – from A to Z. You will be part of the Creative Team, a group of specialist roles supporting client teams with creative ideation and execution of creator campaigns. The team currently consists of three roles: Creative Lead, Creative Strategist, and UGC Specialist. You will also work closely with creative functions such as the Trends & Insights Manager and Event & PR Specialist.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities: 

  • Drive creative ideation and concept development for influencer activation across verticals like lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, family, and more.

  • Daily work includes collaborating within various client teams across multiple categories, including beauty, sport, and food.

  • Manage the creative process from concept to delivery with strong self-leadership skills.

  • Scout suppliers, locations, and participate in on-site creative direction during shoots, or recordings.

  • Participate in client meetings and pitch ideas and concepts. 

  • Staying up-to-date and well-read on social media, marketing trends and consumer behavior.

  • Create presentations, one-pagers, moodboards, and visualization of creative ideas.


Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative role within content, social media and marketing. 

  • We believe your background is rooted in a creative agency or a modern B2C brand, working with both idea development and creative execution.

  • A strong understanding of how brands connect with audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond, including platform trends and algorithms.

  • You have the ability to coordinate between internal client teams and suppliers and making sure every creative detail is executed flawlessly.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills, you know how to make a deck sing and sell an idea.

  • Confidence in working with budgets, logistics and external partners.

  • A team player with drive, energy and a love for making things happen.

  • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
