The Role

We're looking for a world-class Creative Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. This is a unique hybrid role sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, customer success, and product strategy. You'll run our paid social channels end-to-end, build strong relationships with our key enterprise clients, and play a central role in shaping our product roadmap.

You'll report directly to the COO Rasmus and work closely alongside him day-to-day. If you're someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves the craft of paid social, and wants real influence over the product you use, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Paid Social

  • Own and run all of PlentyLabs' paid social channels

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for campaigns, using PlentyLabs as the content machine and measuring performance rigorously

  • Manage and optimise budgets to drive strong results across enterprise accounts

Customer Success

  • Lead onboarding, monthly business reviews, and ongoing education for key clients

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our enterprise accounts

  • Join select sales meetings and support the commercial side of the business

Product & Strategy

  • Be a sounding board for the product team, your frontline experience is invaluable

  • Join weekly product syncs and actively contribute to roadmap decisions

  • Help shape how PlentyLabs evolves based on real-world campaign and client insights

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social

  • Experience managing large budgets, either agency-side at a performance-focused shop or in-house at a major brand

  • A natural communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike

  • Curious, commercially minded, and excited to contribute beyond just running campaigns
