Your work could be the first impression for millions of players before they download games like Clash of Clans, Merge Mansion or Monopoly GO. At AppAgent, we produce scroll-stopping video ads and store assets that make games unmissable and we are looking for a Creative Producer to be the driving force behind their creation.
In this role, you will be the primary link between our clients and the production team. You'll own the project from the initial brief to the final cut, making sure the work is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Based in Prague, we're a strategic mobile growth agency that lives and breathes gaming. We make ads we're proud of - see our showreel for proof.
YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL
Project Command: Own the full production pipeline, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all work is on time and on budget.
Client Partnership: Act as the main client partner, translating their vision into actionable briefs and feedback for our artists.
Quality Oversight: Partner with the Art Director to uphold creative quality and verify assets meet the brief.
Account Growth: Nurture client relationships through excellent delivery and communication to ensure retention and expand opportunities.
Process Architect: Proactively seek out and implement improvements to our creative processes and workflows.
ABOUT YOU
You communicate with precision in English, getting your message across assertively but lightly.
You skillfully manage clients’ expectations and build trusted partnerships, drawing on your direct experience in a client facing role.
You know the 2D video production pipeline inside and out, from concepting to the final delivery.
You confidently navigate projects involving multiple stakeholders, keeping timelines and budgets aligned using project management tools.
You have a sharp eye for creative quality and are the first to spot a visual flaw, a typo, or when something just feels "off".
You genuinely love games and believe a collaborative team is essential to producing great work.
You remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and approach last-minute client requests with a positive mindset.
