Job Description

Make is the platform to manage all your automations and AI agents in one visual landscape – for teams driving business impact without relying on developers. Part of Celonis, a global leader in process intelligence recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for seven consecutive years, we're headquartered in Prague, Czechia, with hubs in Madrid, Munich, Raleigh, and Pristina, and teams across the UK, France, India, and the Netherlands, among other locations.

About the role

Our core product is expanding rapidly. We need a versatile Product Designer who can jump into our most critical areas—whether that's our enterprise experience, core automation, or new AI tools—and reliably ship great work. You'll deeply understand our users and their problems, collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and UX writers, and turn requirements into shipped features with speed and care. If you love execution, take pride in craft, and thrive on variety, this is your role.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day design execution across product areas: from user flows and wireframes to detailed, production-ready UI in Figma
  • Take a user-centric approach — contribute to discovery, understand the problem before jumping to the solution, and keep the user's needs at the center of your work
  • Run lightweight research and experiments, and work with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
  • Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and UX writers to align on requirements and ship features end-to-end
  • Work within — and actively contribute to — our design system
  • Deliver consistently and at a good pace as priorities shift between teams and domains

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience across all design stages, from concept to final hand-off (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, UI assets)
  • 3+ years of product design experience
  • Reliable, high-quality, efficient execution and strong attention to detail
  • User-centric mindset — comfortable taking part in discovery and basing decisions on user needs and evidence
  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and moving between different teams and problem domains
  • Experience designing SaaS products; comfort with complex or technical products is a strong plus
  • Some experience with, or a solid understanding of, the automation / workflow-automation space (or adjacent technical products)
  • Experience designing canvas-based or builder tools / software for professionals is a strong plus
  • Works effectively within a design system, and collaborates well with PMs, engineers, researchers, and UX writers
  • Can apply UX/UI principles in service of solutions that are both delightful and usable
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS, and enjoys working proactively with developers
  • Gives and receives constructive feedback in design reviews
  • Portfolio of shipped products, with clear evidence of your specific contribution and decisions
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
