The role

The Associate Vice President will join the San Francisco studio to lead design direction, studio culture, and business growth. This leadership role combines creative vision with team management and strategic development to deliver high-quality architectural projects.

What you'll do

• Lead the creative vision and design direction for projects across multiple sectors
• Guide project teams from concept through construction to ensure design quality
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary design teams while fostering a collaborative culture
• Manage staffing strategies and resource allocation across various studio projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators
• Identify new project opportunities and support business development initiatives

What you'll bring

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
• At least 12 to 15 years of professional architectural experience
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex projects
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
• Registered Architect status is preferred
