In our marketing team, we don’t just follow trends—we set them. We are looking for a creative student who wants to help us dominate LinkedIn and beyond using high-impact video and AI-driven workflows. As our Working Student for Marketing and Motion Design, you will be the "creative lab" of our marketing department. You’ll have the unique opportunity to take complex logistics topics and turn them into snackable, high-quality video content while leveraging cutting-edge AI to work smarter, not harder.

The essence of your role:

  • Video Production: You’ll plan, film, and edit short-form videos (LinkedIn clips, interviews) that showcase our product and our team culture.
  • Social Media Support: Help us keep our LinkedIn presence sharp, consistent, and visually on-point.
  • AI Animation & Design: Hands-on AI-generated animations and motion content for web and social. We want someone who’s already playing in this space.
  • Creative Experiments: You’ll stay ahead of the curve, testing new formats and AI prompts to see what resonates with our B2B audience.
  • Stakeholder management: You'll get to work with colleagues from across the company - collecting ideas, finding teammates up for being on camera, and helping coordinate on shoot days. A great chance to get to know the whole business from day one.

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed:

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, Media Studies, Design, or similar) for at least another year.
  • You have experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut) and a good eye for framing and lighting.
  • You’re already playing around with Runway, Midjourney, or AI video tools and want to apply them in a professional business context.
  • You are proactive, organized, reliable, and comfortable jumping in front of (or behind) the camera.
  • You are fluent in English. German is a big plus but not a dealbreaker.
