UX Director at CD PROJEKT

The role

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a UX Director to lead the Shared Development Services area and shape the end-to-end player experience across their ecosystem. You will unify design, insights, and analytics under a player-centric vision to inform strategic and technical decisions.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the player experience vision across all games and services
• Establish scalable practices for research design analytics and validation
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including UX research design and game analytics
• Translate player insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams
• Partner with game and technology directors to improve player outcomes and accessibility
• Define and track health metrics to measure player experience outcomes

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience leading UX or player experience functions in games or platforms
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across design and analytics
• Deep understanding of player behavior and data-informed decision-making processes
• Experience building shared services or center-of-excellence functions in complex environments
