Role Overview

NEXTON is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a permanent position in Montpellier to support clients in their digital development. You will work closely with UI designers, product owners, and developers within an agile environment to lead the entire Design Thinking process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all Design Thinking stages from initial user research to tested prototype delivery
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews and ergonomic audits
  • Facilitate ideation and co-design workshops with various project stakeholders
  • Produce UX deliverables including information architecture, user journeys, and interactive prototypes
  • Organize and analyze user tests to validate and iterate on proposed solutions
