UX DESIGNER H/F at NEXTON

Role Overview

NEXTON is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a permanent position in Annecy to support clients in their digital development. You will work in an agile environment alongside UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to create user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through ergonomic audits and focus groups
• Perform competitive benchmarking and analyze user expectations
• Facilitate ideation and co-conception workshops with project stakeholders
• Define information architecture and create wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Manage qualitative and quantitative user testing protocols
• Present test results and propose interface improvements

Requirements Snapshot

• Minimum of four years of experience as a UX Designer
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, or Axure
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and ergonomic principles
• Experience working within agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for design trends
