Role Overview

NEXTON is seeking a UX Designer for a permanent position in Lyon to support clients in their digital development. You will work in an agile environment alongside UI designers, product owners, and developers to create user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through ergonomic audits and focus groups
• Perform competitive benchmarking to stay updated on market trends
• Facilitate ideation and co-conception workshops with project stakeholders
• Define information architecture and create wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Design user journeys and solution hypotheses based on business goals
• Manage qualitative and quantitative user testing and propose interface improvements
