Job Description

We are looking for a UX Designer and Business Analyst (level 4) to support the design and usability evaluation of a metadata editor and its integration into a broader digital service, as part of a strategic proof-of-concept initiative. The assignment covers user-centered design, hands-on usability testing with real end users, and ensuring the solution meets strict digital accessibility standards.

You will own the UX workstream end-to-end - design, testing methodology, accessibility validation, and delivery of decision support materials for the final technology recommendation - within a standards-driven, quality-critical environment.

  • Minimum of 5 years of UX design experience for web-based business systems
  • Practical, hands-on experience conducting usability testing with real end users
  • Solid knowledge of accessibility requirements per WCAG 2.1 AA and applicable digital accessibility legislation
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

  • Experience with service/e-service design and delivery
  • Experience producing decision support materials or evaluation reports for technology selection
  • Shape the usability and accessibility of a high-visibility digital service initiative
  • Combine hands-on design work with direct influence on final technology decisions
