Job Description

Ben jij een analytische en creatieve UX Designer die energie krijgt van het optimaliseren van digitale producten en het creëren van gebruikservaringen die logisch, prettig en doeltreffend zijn? Elektramat is ready to accelerate. We groeien hard en transformeren in sneltreinvaart tot een volledig digitale organisatie waarin user experience, data en technologie samenkomen. Daarom zoeken we een gedreven UX Designer die onze webshops, interne platformen en digitale touchpoints naar een hoger niveau tilt en dagelijks het verschil maakt voor duizenden actieve gebruikers.

In deze volgende fase bouwen we aan een ijzersterk digitaal ecosysteem waarin design, marketing, tech en klantbeleving naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Als ontwerper duik jij diep in de psyche van onze doelgroep: je onderzoekt hoe gebruikers denken, waar zij frictie ervaren en wat zij écht nodig hebben. Je vertaalt kwalitatieve inzichten en strategische businessdoelen naar concrete UX-kansen en zorgt ervoor dat onze digitale interfaces stap voor stap slimmer, intuïtiever en consistenter worden.

Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinaire team met Product Owners, CRO-specialisten en software engineers.
