UX Designer - Education team

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Wix team. As an UX Designer, You’ll collaborate daily with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers to create intuitive flows and designs that help users grow and thrive online. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers to ensure UX solutions align with user needs

• Present and validate design decisions through data and user feedback

• Contribute to design guidelines to maintain consistent and scalable design patterns

• Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user needs, and insights from both quantitative (analytics, metrics) and qualitative (user testing, interviews) data, as well as business needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in product teams

• Proficiency in Figma and design systems

• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in an agile environment

• Strong understanding of UX best practices—from research to final design handoff

• Strong business acumen with a user-centric mindset

• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Being highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Having a strong customer focus and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
